Well this is the first sport I’ve played in a few years. I’m in pretty good shape, but I do need help on running. I can run about 40 or 50 yards, and then I get tired out and have to walk or stand for a little bit to gain my breath. I’ve cut out all of the gunk food I eat and I’ve started exercising. I just wanted to know what might help to get me prepared for the hard core soccer practices coming up. Thanks bunches. And how many times a day should I run? By the way I have school in the mornings, so…. yeah.
