Brittany <3 asked:
I want to play soccer in college but I don’t know how the basic training and practices go or how often they are. Will I have time for homework, classes, and a life? Or will it all be soccer and school? I want to enjoy my college life, not just crowd it with sports. I would appreciate some input and maybe an example of the soccer practice schedules :] Thank you!

Khaled Younes asked:
I would like to know if there are any soccer clubs who offer summer courses (training) for the youth. I am Lebanese, 16 years old and I have two brothers 15 & 12 who are willing as well to join any club in Riyadh for training or recreational purposes. If anyone has a team and is interested in having additional players , I am willing to join. Any suggestions for good clubs that will help fulfill my time doing the hobby I like ?

Forgotten asked: When I play in soccer games there’s always a few things that go wrong.
- Out of breath
-Cramps
-Countering
Out of Breath— I”m good at running fast at small to mid-range distances, but after many of these sprints I become breathless, I’m aware that this will happen a lot during soccer. I’ve been practicing trying to control my over-pumping heart and lungs, and that does help. Does anyone else know how to control and/or lessen this?
Cramps— This is the worst part of soccer. How do I avoid cramps? Normally they don’t start until after I’ve drank water. But I take small sips and try and be careful with how much I use. I stretch and move around as much as I can but they still remain for a good while. Any advice?
Countering– Countering is what I call summing up the opponents good points and weak spots. I think about it right before the game starts, but during the game I’m just too worked up and can’t concentrate. Does anyone know how I can counter people and concentrate more on doing that?

Hard Boy asked: Is soccer tougher for your cardiorespiratory system than distance running(either when you are racing or just doing tough interval training sessions)?
I guess a friend of mine told me soccer is tougher for the cardiorespiratory system than distance running, that you make a greater physical effort when you play soccer.
