In the past the Smart Charger has been an upgrade option that allows you to plug in your machine to recharge and leave it plugged in. It provides a trickle charge that keeps your battery topped off and ready to go even if it has been months since you last used it.

I have urged schools to get this upgrade for years since they have down time between seasons. But now all customers will get this item as part of the standard package.
