What kind of soccer ball should I buy?

I use a size 5 soccer ball. And I don’t know if i should use a training ball or match ball? What is the difference? I would use it in games probably, and at practice and to practice at home. Which one is more durable? I don’t like ones with a lot of padding or if they are sticky and plasticy. What do you recommend?

hey, i’m a 15 year old girl and i’m a very serious soccer player. i have practice 2-3 times a week for 2 hours, plus 6 times a week (including days i have practice) we have to do this schedule my coach gave us:
      •Day 1, 3 – 1.5 mile run in 10 minutes or less
      •Day 1, 3, 5- Legs
-Calf raises- 2 sets of 30
      -Squats- 3 set of 15
      -Lunges-2 sets of 30
      •Day 4, 6 – 2 sets- 800 yard runs
      •Day 2, 4, 6- Arms

-Pushups- 4 sets- 1st set- 12 with no resting while doing them, 2nd set- 10 with no resting while doing them and 3rd set- 8 with no resting while doing them and the 4th set- 6 with no resting while doing them.
-Pulls up- 3 sets- as many as you can each time
      •Each Day- Stomachs
      - Stomachs- Sit ups- 2 sets – 1st set- 75 in 2 minutes with 5 minutes rest and then 2nd set- 40 in 2 minutes.
      - Stomachs- Hold soccer ball between legs for 30 seconds and count down by 5 to zero (30, 25, 20, 15, 10, 5, 0) and then count up by 5 to 30(5, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30). Five seconds or less rest between each. The ball should be approximately 6 inches with the legs straight and hands off the ground.

      we have one day off

should this schedule keep me in good shape, and also help me lose weight and tone up? thanks!
