Gigi Stand asked: I use a size 5 soccer ball. And I don’t know if i should use a training ball or match ball? What is the difference? I would use it in games probably, and at practice and to practice at home. Which one is more durable? I don’t like ones with a lot of padding or if they are sticky and plasticy. What do you recommend?
