He has done no running training other than playing mid in soccer. He ran a 6:09 mile 3 weeks ago in a track meet. He told me he could do better. So the limited training we have done for the past few weeks is uphill sprints (over and over), only two 3-mile runs and he is down to 5:52. Is this the right type of training?

Here are some of the best goals from the past decade. I mainly used goals from the latter half of the decade (sorry to all the Zizou, Giggs, and R9 fans) because the quality of the videos is much better.
