The Pro Trainer serves an effective ball to your player every five seconds so that means twelve balls per minute or almost 700 serves per hour at optimal working of the machine. Now we have added a new feature that allows you to set it at every ten seconds if you are working with only one or two players on the machine. This allows them more time to recover in small group situations.
