Return Policy

If you want to return the Pro Trainer soccer ball machine within the first 7 days for any reason please contact us immediately . Before returning any product, please coordinate with us by phone at (510) 289-3495 or Email Us and you will be guided with the return procedure accordingly.

No returns will be accepted without a RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization). This RMA number must be clearly labeled on the outside of the packaging when shipped back to the specified address. All shipping charges incurred for return items will be the responsibility of the customer. There is a 10% restocking charge for machines returned that are in good working order.

Return for Replacement of Defective Merchandise

Defective products will be exchanged for the same item when the defective product is returned within the first 15 days of purchase. An explanation of the nature of the defect must be noted before authorization can be granted.
